PROCESSING TIME

All orders (excluding orders with custom products) are shipped out within 1-3 business days upon purchase.

Orders are shipped out from Vancouver, BC (Canada) via Chit Chats, a shipping company that collaborates with carrier partners, such as USPS, for final delivery of your package in your destination country.

CANADA: 2-8 business days
USA: 2-8 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 8-25 business days

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a Chit Chats tracking number. You may track your package here: https://chitchats.com/tracking

Camine Dog Gear is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit. Additionally, shipping delays may occur if your package is held back at customs, which is out of our control.  

Shipments bound for international destinations may be subject to customs inspects, customs duties and taxes. Any import duties, taxes, and charges upon delivery are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not mark shipments as "gifts" or declare a lower value. Any undeclared or mis-declared items or packages can lead to border delays and result in serious fines and penalties. Thank you for understanding! 

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address was provided and your order has already been shipped out, additional charges will incur for the return of the item and re-shipment of your order to the correct address.
